Assistant Project Manager

• Manage complex and mid-sized (10-20 people) teams of different technologies if required for single or multiple projects.
• Estimation of projects after analyzing the requirements and preparing scope of work documents.
• Guide teams by providing realistic project plan to the team and client and help company deliver as per the plan.
• Must have experience of leading team for multiple / single project in Java or Open source technologies.
• Track and report progress of work to the clients and management.
• Travel onsite if required to liaise with the client and show delivery capabilities or delivering the project.
• Understand Java technology at best but be able to manage multiple technologies or be able to learn new ones if required to be able to provide or check the estimates from the team.
• Understand latest technologies in Java and Open source like Spring, Struts, MVC, PHP etc.
• Understand product development lifecycle and be aware of concepts of new trends like Web 2.0, SAAS, Agile Development, RAD etc.
• Understand the quality requirements of international clients on software development and guide team through the process.
• Understand latest technology trends and CMM level standards and help company implement the processes across the projects.
• Take part in architecture discussions with the team and suggest on better approaches.

JAVA Developer

1. JAVA 1.5 and above
   • Core JAVA, JSP, Servlets, OOPS, Basic knowledge of struts or any other framework, Basic knowledge Hibernate.
2. Databases
   • MySql5.0 , writing SQL queries
3. IDE
   • Eclipse, Netbean.

Business Development Executive

1-3 years of experience in International Sales & Marketing. Sound knowledge of IT industry with good writing & communication skills.

Software Engineer

1-3 years of working experience on PHP. Knowledge of open source like Joomla, Wordpress, osCommerce, Magento is required. Knowledge of PHP framework like Zend, CakePHP, Codegnitor will be preferred.

Sharepoint Developer

• Sharepoint and .NET Experience of Minimum relevant 3 years.
• Knowledge of C#.
• Understanding of Software Development Life cycle
• Knowledge of Databases and SQL with Stored Procedures
• Knowledge of add in development for outlook etc
• Experience with customization of Sharepoint.
• Experience in creating web parts in Sharepoint
