- Time & Material Engagement
This model of engagement is ideal for customers who do not have specific scope of requirements and foresee that the requirements may evolve with time while working. The customers are not required to commit to large timeframes and can pay as they use the services of required services. The availability of such time frames depends on availability of the resources and do not guarantee usage of same resources if the time between two usage cycles is large. This is ideal for customers looking to analyze and technically evaluate a solution before committing to project.
- Dedicated Development Model
This model of engagement is ideal for customers who have existing developed product and need regular updates and continuous development needs for the same. Under this model a dedicated team of developers is grouped and hosted as an extension to customer’s own team. The team under the supervision of project manager is directly responsible to report to customer with help of regular reporting. Customers are free to retain the source code with them in this model at all times.
