You can choose the engineers on basis of your liking for candidates. Once you like profiles, you may have direct telephone / video interview calls with candidates.

Communicate your decision to our relationship manager and we will setup everything required to start. The programmers you selected will be given required basic stuff like computers, license of software, space etc. We can even provide separate bays for your employees if required.
Step 5

You are provided with your selected candidates along with a first level escalation contact as project manager to help you micro manage things with the engineers and make sure flow of work is smooth.
