Shweta carries with her rich HR / People management experience, helping the company attain the edge in providing niche and retain right talent pool. She takes part in required strategic management decisions and plans the recruitment and retention policies for the company.
She has been involved with many global names like Sapient and NCR Corp. before joining OTS. With her abilities and result oriented approach, she has been driving the company single handedly in helping OTS manage the Einstein(s) of Today.
VP, Sales - North America
Jim brings a wealth of experience to his role as VP of North American Sales. He is responsible for ensuring customers’ requirements are realized as successful projects and that all aspects of development go smoothly. He has track record creating long term strategic accounts, facilitating smooth communications, and proactively managing accounts to make sure all involved are completely satisfied with the outcome.
Jim has over 25 years of experience in Executive Management, Executive Sales Management, Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Materials Management, Quality Engineering Management, Engineering Management, Process Development, and Process Engineering. He has held various positions at IBM, Silicon Graphics, Solid Data Systems, Vanguard Software Solutions, and Gearhead Engineering. Jim possesses a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chico State University and a Masters in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University.

With an Accounting degree from Stellenbosch university and over fifteen years working experience from middle to executive management level throughout Southern Afirca, Johan has a deep understanding of the integration of technology into operational environments and the continuous drive to lower cost of ownership of technology in organisations.
As specialist in promoting efficiencies through optimisation of technology and processes in the Life assurance industry, he gained solid experience in both Business and ITC provider organisations. With strong skills in planning, delivering and institutionalising of structure/ frameworks and processes in Business, he follows a professional approach in solution provisioning and technology Implementation strategies. His hands-on experience with Line of Business Applications, solution Analysis, Identification and Implementations provides the necessary background to link Business strategy and innovative solutions in today’s agile market condition. His passion for agility and innovation provides the framework for design and architecting of strategically sustainable and scalable solutions.
