Hemant founded OTS in 2002, and its US operations in 2006. He carries with himself experience of more than 7 years and helps the company with business acumen and forming alliances on corporate level. He works closely with the business development team driving the revenues for the company. As an experienced technologist, he brings with him strong ability to understand complex business needs and being able to suggest & propose right mix of services and models for the clients.

With experience in servicing global Fortune 500 companies, he brings ability to drive the company through providing effective vision and directing OTS to be one of the leading outsourcing vendors respected globally.

Shweta Arora

Director

Shweta carries with her rich HR / People management experience of over 5 years, helping the company attain the edge in providing niche and retain right talent pool. She takes part in required strategic management decisions and plans the recruitment and retention policies for the company.

She has been involved with many global names like Sapient and NCR Corp. before joining OTS. With her abilities and result oriented approach, she has been driving the company single handedly in helping OTS manage the 'Einstein(s) of Today'.

Bhupinder Singh

Business Head, IT Staffing

Bhupinder brings with him over 7 years experience in managing & driving IT staffing and augmentation services in US market across various verticals. He heads the business unit of staffing and works closely with management board helping plan the business & success of operations.

With his excellent people management skills, he has been a driving force in helping OTS to successfully enter in space of IT staffing and growing it exponentially.
