- Expensive as almost all development done onsite.
- Most useful for projects with knowledge sharing limitations and day-to-day support requirements are high.
Hybrid Delivery
- Some part of delivery done onsite and some offshore.
- Onsite / Offshore delivery Manager for micro management
- Direct interaction with management through relationship manager.
- Two level escalation support.
- Not that expensive as offshore component is added for balancing cost.
- Most useful for projects with knowledge sharing limitations and day-to-day support requirements are high.
- Ability to send senior engineers onsite in initial phases and then work from offshore.
