Time & Material

This is most accepted and prevalent model in providing IT services globally. OTS adds flavor to this model with specialized flexible plans for our clients ensuring not only end product success but making the development cycles a pleasant experience. Under this model we charge for an activity based costing for the amount of time put by our resources.

Fixed Price

OTS takes very few contracts on fixed price terms. The acceptance of such contracts solely depends on how well the product is planned in initial stages and if it is technically and financially feasible to take the release further from that point for that fixed price.
