Time & Material
This is the most accepted and prevalent model in providing IT services globally. OTS adds flavor to this model with specialized flexible plans for our clients ensuring not only end product success but making the development cycles a pleasant experience. Under this model we charge for an activity based costing for the amount of time put by our resources.
Offshore Development Centre
This model is for those clients who require continuous development and maintenance support for their products. OTS helps clients by hosting a team of experienced professionals as per their required technology mix. We put them to work dedicatedly at our Delivery Centers / Clients’ Locations dedicatedly on their product on full time basis. Clients are free to be in direct contact with the team via Email, Phone or Instant Messengers, having complete control over their product development and operations.
Fixed Price
OTS takes very few contracts on fixed price terms. The acceptance of such contracts solely depends on how well the product is planned in initial stages and if it is technically and financially feasible to take the release further from that point for that fixed price.
