OTS believes that the quality of services for a software development company is defined largely by the process being followed in the organization. Understanding this importance, we at OTS have been using standard SEI CMM Level 3 processes and practices in our development & project management functions. With projects varying in sizes and complexity, one cannot have a standard process of development for all projects.
